Tal Elkarif

Hi, I'm Tal, a Data Engineer with a strong foundation in business and data. Before transitioning into data engineering, I worked as a business consultant for some of Israel’s largest companies, where I developed the ability to quickly master new domains, communicate effectively, and ask the right questions to drive meaningful insights. These skills have been invaluable in designing and developing scalable data solutions that bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

I’m at my best when:

✅ Collaborating directly with business teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful data solutions

✅ Translating business questions into data-driven answers

✅ Exploring new technologies or domains to solve complex challenges

✅ Leading teams while staying hands-on with technical work. I love building, debugging, and optimizing alongside my team

✅ Working in a culture that values excellence and continuous improvement

I thrive in dynamic environments where data is at the heart of decision-making, and I’m always eager to tackle the next challenge.
