The project aims to systematize the creation of one‑page executive decision memos based on a team’s inputs about a decision, available options, constraints, stakeholders, and timelines. The workflow should reliably produce a clear, structured memo that captures tradeoffs and provides a reasoned recommendation. It must support honest, assumption‑explicit communication that helps leaders align and proceed confidently.
The project aims to systematically identify, categorize, and assess the failure modes of an LLM agent based on its goals, tools, personas, and prior incidents. The workflow must produce actionable risk insights, including severity and likelihood ratings, detection signals, mitigations, and high‑risk test cases. This supports safer deployment, structured monitoring, and proactive risk reduction.
The goal is to analyze cloud data warehouse usage and identify ways to reduce spend without compromising reliability or breaching contractual limits. The workflow must decompose cost drivers, propose safe optimization levers, and deliver a clear, ROI‑focused plan. Recommendations must include required approvals, rollback paths, and monitoring guardrails.
